In this meditation Beate invites you to bring to mind a situation when you felt strong, whether it is mentally or physically, and feel it in your body. We use the method of positive neuroplasticity to make the experience stronger in our mind so it can change the structure of brain and become a resource that you can use whenever you need it.

In this meditation with Alena we gently move our body and bring awareness to every movement and its after effects. Please listen carefully to your body and respect its signals. If something is unpleasant or painful you are invited to choose another posture or to simply do it in your mind.

In this positive neuroplasticity meditation we tune into our body. We notice what's there, in particular what feels good or neutral. We expand our gratitude to this wonderful body. Gratitude for all the richness in our life. We then tune into deep longing we might have and send ourselves love and strength.
