In this befriending meditation (recorded live in the morning meditations) Beate invites you to bring a mild difficulty to mind and allow yourself to feel it in your body with an accepting and gentle attitude. in the second part you are invited to wish yourself well, and others who are also experiencing difficulties, just like you. this brings about a feeling of being a connected through common humanity.
The intention of this meditation is to cultivate a sense of good will, friendliness, and compassion towards a loved one and yourself. Offering words of well-wishing and kindness, listening to them and observing how these words resonate within yourself.

In this Christmas meditation we focus on our body and breath and notice what feels nourishing about the breathing. We then turn towards our feelings and longings of connection in this time of social distancing and Christmas and practice loving kindness towards ourselves and others. Merry Christmas everyone! www.brusselsmindfulness.be/agenda.
In this meditation Beate invites you to become aware of what is there, to release any unnecessary tension in the body and to tune into your breathing. We then bring kindness to our experience and send some good wishes to ourselves and others.
In this meditation we are tapping into the being mode by gently becoming aware how things are in the body. The being mode is a mode where we allow things to be as they are, we let go of striving and wanting things to be different. It is a relaxing and letting go. We end the meditation with a breathing space and tuning into our deepest longings and an intention for self-care.
In this meditation we bring awareness to how things are in our body and mind and tune in to our needs. We first send ourselves good wishes and love and then extend it to a friend, a stranger, a difficult person and then to everyone who comes to our mind.
