In this meditation we first gently scan the body and then concentrate on the breathing. Whatever comes is welcome and receives our attention before returning to the breath. We allow ourselves to be open and receptive for everything that comes, not pushing anything away, not clinging to anything. Just being with everything that arises. Moment by moment.
In this meditation we start with 3 gentle stretching movements to get in touch with our body as a gateway to presence. We then change into a lying or sitting posture and choose an anchor. While concentrating mainly on this anchor we welcome everything that comes with openness and kindness. like the weather thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations come and go, but our awareness is vast and steady.

In this meditation we bring gentle awareness to all the different parts of the body without wanting to achieve any particular feeling. Simply exploring what is there. At the end of the meditation we explore whatever comes to our awareness with an open mind.
In this practice we bring awareness to the sensations in the body and to everything that presents itself in our inner world. Whatever catches our attention will be explored without attachment or resistance. Thoughts, emotions, sensations -those are all like actors in a theatre play or clouds on the sky of awareness. This is a way of cultivating equanimity and inner peace.
