The body is always here for us and it can bring great pleasure and comfort. unfortunately we often only pay attention to it when it hurts. It is important to tune regularly into your body and listen to its signals.

We simply notice what is here, moment by moment. Whenever the mind gets distracted, we bring it back to the body.
