In this meditation (live recorded in the morning) we bring awareness and gratitude to all different parts of the body. The body is always here for us and it can bring great pleasure and comfort. unfortunately we often only pay attention to it when it hurts. It is important to tune regularly into your body and listen to its signals.
In this breathing meditation with Beate we bring our awareness to the sensations in the body and breath. We explore the breath in different parts of the body and ultimately in the whole body. This meditation has been recorded live during our morning meditations which you are welcome to join at any moment.
In this meditation Beate invites you to become aware of what is there, to release any unnecessary tension in the body and to tune into your breathing. We then bring kindness to our experience and send some good wishes to ourselves and others.
The body scan is a journey through different parts of our body. We consciously perceive bodily sensations and explore them with curiosity and a friendly inner attitude. The aim is not to relax. We simply notice what is here, moment by moment. Whenever the mind gets distracted, we bring it back to the body.
