In this meditation we focus our attention on different senses, first sounds, then thoughts, bodily sensations and emotions. Like leaves that are passing by on river, we observe our thoughts passing by, without getting entangled in the storyline.
In this meditation we use sounds as an anchor to bring our mind to rest. We then start observing thoughts as they come and go, just like clouds on the sky.

In this meditation we start by bringing awareness to the body by gently scanning all body parts. We then become aware of the breath, followed by sounds and thoughts and finally including everything that comes into our awareness.
In this meditation we first gently scan the body and then concentrate on the breathing. Whatever comes is welcome and receives our attention before returning to the breath. We allow ourselves to be open and receptive for everything that comes, not pushing anything away, not clinging to anything. Just being with everything that arises. Moment by moment.
In this meditation we bring awareness to the body and the breath. We us the breath as an anchor to attend to everything that arises with openness and kindness.
This is a way to practice equanimity, to allow things to arise in awareness without attaching to or resisting to them, to cultivate a balanced mind, unshaken by external or internal events.
In this practice we bring awareness to the sensations in the body and to everything that presents itself in our inner world. Whatever catches our attention will be explored without attachment or resistance. Thoughts, emotions, sensations -those are all like actors in a theatre play or clouds on the sky of awareness. This is a way of cultivating equanimity and inner peace.

Dans cette meditation nous ecoutons les sons autour de nous avec une certaine curiosité et bienveillance. Ensuite nous explorons nos pensées de la meme manière- comme si elles étaient des nuages sur un ciel tres vaste qui est notre conscience.
