In this meditation on mindfulness of body and breath, recorded live during the morning meditation, Silke brings in some elements of loving-kindness. We first ground ourselves with the breath and explore bodily sensations before we address a kind wish towards ourselves. This wish can accompany and carry us throughout the day. It can help us not to lose the connection while we are faced with the daily challenges of our lives.
