In this meditation we bring awareness to the body and the breath. We us the breath as an anchor to attend to everything that arises with openness and kindness. This is a way to practice equanimity, to allow things to arise in awareness without attaching to or resisting to them, to cultivate a balanced mind, unshaken by external or internal events.
