In this meditation we start with a few mindful movements that help us to bring our awareness into our body and to release some tensions. We then continue the meditation in a standing, sitting or lying posture to feel the aftereffects of the movements in the body and to settle our mind in the breath.

In this meditation we first gently scan the body and then concentrate on the breathing. Whatever comes is welcome and receives our attention before returning to the breath. We allow ourselves to be open and receptive for everything that comes, not pushing anything away, not clinging to anything. Just being with everything that arises. Moment by moment.

In this meditation we start by noticing how things are in the body and the mind. We then picture a beautiful mountain in our mind's eye and start tapping into the steadiness of this mountain as the seasons come and go. We can use our posture to start feeling as solid and steady as mountain. At the end we use positive neuroplasticity to install this experience of feeling strong in our brain by enriching it and letting it sink in.
