We start this meditation, recorded during our daily live morning meditations, with some gentle standing movements. In the second part of the meditation we focus on the breath in our body.
This is a standing practice in which we carry out very gentle movements while exploring bodily sensations. The aim is not to thrive or get anywhere but to sense what is here right now. How does our body feel? It is important to carefully listen to the wisdom of our body and adapt a movement if needed.

In this meditation with Alena we gently move our body and bring awareness to every movement and its after effects. Please listen carefully to your body and respect its signals. If something is unpleasant or painful you are invited to choose another posture or to simply do it in your mind.
In this meditation we start with a few mindful movements that help us to bring our awareness into our body and to release some tensions. We then continue the meditation in a standing , sitting or lying posture to feel the aftereffects of the movements in the body and to settle our mind in the breath.
In this meditation we start with 3 gentle stretching movements to get in touch with our body as a gateway to presence. We then change into a lying or sitting posture and choose an anchor. While concentrating mainly on this anchor we welcome everything that comes with openness and kindness. like the weather thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations come and go, but our awareness is vast and steady.
