The body scan is a journey through different parts of our body. We consciously perceive bodily sensations and explore them with curiosity and a friendly inner attitude. The aim is not to relax. We simply notice what is here, moment by moment. Whenever the mind gets distracted, we bring it back to the body. Choose a calm place for this practice where you feel warm and where you are undisturbed.
