1. Acknowledging: bringing awareness to the inner weather pattern

2. Gathering: bringing your attention to the breath

3. Expanding: Feeling your entire body and the space around as you engage with the outer world again.

It can help you to better respond to a situation rather than to automatically react and to feel calmer.
