In this gratitude meditation we start with a short bodyscan, followed by inviting you to focus on things in your direct experience you can be grateful for. We then extend it to people and things our environment. Using the HEAL method by Rick Hanson we enrich it and absorb the experience so that it can rewire our brain to the positive.
