In this meditation we start by noticing how things are in the body and the mind. We then picture a beautiful mountain in our mind's eye and start tapping into the steadiness of this mountain as the seasons come and go. We can use our posture to start feeling as solid and steady as mountain. At the end we use positive neuroplasticity to install this experience of feeling strong in our brain by enriching it and letting it sink in.
